Types of payment
1. Execution of commissions valid for one occasion for fixed payment.
This type of payment is applied to services valid for one occasion (drafting documents, consulting, legal expertise) in case parties know the work volume beforehand.
2. Payment by the hour.
This type of payment is applied in occasions, when it is impossible to determine the volume of legal work concerning a certain project beforehand. It is also used for legal support of great transactions, assistance in negotiations etc.
3. Constant service.
This type of service may be rendered in oral or written form, working-out legal documents, assistance in negotiations etc. Handling legal matters of commercial or other activity of the client may be monthly paid. The cost is fixed in accordance of the parties taking in account the proposed and real volume of work. Rendering constant services, the attorney may do his work in the client's office. He payment for litigation procedures is usually separate. The constant service is the best type of legal support for the companies interested in quick and complex handling of legal matters.
Besides that it is quite important that using this kind of service there's no need to keep an internal legal department. In case if there's a staff lawyer or a legal department , they don't have to spend their time for non characteristic work to the detriment of their main duties.
